SaintOn / ReconciliationILLUSTRATIVE DATA

One order. A difference to review.

−₩3,000
Review required
Expected settlement₩45,000Settlement statement₩42,000
Source note: “Return shipping fee ₩3,000.”
The amount matches the difference. Whether the charge is correct still needs review.

A difference is not proof of a loss or an unpaid balance.

FROM TWO FILES TO TRACEABLE ANSWERS

Keep the evidence beside the result.

01 / IMPORT

Bring your own records.

Load an XLSX, CSV, or TSV file for orders and another for settlements. Select the sheet, header row, and columns that represent the same monetary basis.

02 / COMPARE

Separate differences from unknowns.

Match order and optional item identifiers. Missing amounts stay unknown. Repeated rows are held for review unless eligible split settlements are explicitly enabled.

03 / REVIEW

Follow every number back.

Inspect file names, sheet names, and original row numbers. Add a review note, mark an item checked, and export results with their supporting evidence.

AVAILABLE IN THIS PROTOTYPE

A focused first product.

  • Browser-local file parsing and deterministic KRW reconciliation.
  • Column mapping, duplicate checks, and source-row evidence.
  • Review notes and a downloadable Excel report.

No live marketplace connection, bank verification, or tax filing. The comparison logic has been checked against 30 anonymized records from the founder’s existing seller operation. Coupang export-format validation is pending.

PLANNED CLAUDE INTEGRATION

Explain the evidence.

We plan to use Claude to suggest column mappings, interpret deduction notes, and draft grounded review explanations. Amount calculations and reconciliation rules will remain deterministic.

Claude is not connected in this version. Current explanations are rule-based. This prototype sends no uploaded data to an AI service.
